DIRECTIONS
I am at 59 East Queen Avenue, Ste 214B, in Spokane. I am directly across Queen from the north side of the Northtown Mall.
From downtown Spokane, drive north on Division to the next light after Wellesley. Turn right (east) onto Queen. Drive about 1-1/2 blocks and I am on the left, in a two story white building.
I am contracted with and/or able to bill all of the

If you would like to know your out of pocket costs up front, call or email me with your full name, your insurance carrier,
your insurance ID number, and your date of birth.
Your deductible or co-payment is due at the time of service.
I can accept Cash, Check, Mastercard, Discover, or Visa.
I cannot accept: * Medicare (unless you have another of the above insurances as your secondary).

(If you have any of these insurances, you can be seen at one of these
agencies: Spokane Mental Health (838-4651) Lutheran Community Services
(747-8224), Family Services Spokane (624-7998), Catholic Charities
(358-4250), or Children's Home Society (747-4174).
My fees are $110 for each session except the first, which is $175. If you are not using insurance, there is a $10.00 discount per session.
Sessions are 45-50 minutes each. Fees are due at the
time of service.
